The Home Health Agency (HHA) Cost Report (Form-CMS-1728-94) was recently updated to Transmittal 18. Transmittal 18 is effective for cost reporting periods ending on or after December 31, 2017.
WinLASH 1728 is currently being updated for Transmittal 18 and will be approved by Medicare in the near future. Once approved, the update will available for download from our website.
