Win-LASH 1984 Version 3.1.3 for the Hospice Medicare Cost Report incorporates CMS Transmittal #3, and is now available for download from our website. This update includes the following changes:
The addition of a checkbox to Worksheet S that allows a provider to elect and sign the Certification and Settlement Summary page of the Medicare cost report using an electronic signature. This means that the entire cost report, including the certification page, can now be submitted electronically. Please contact your MAC for further details on this process.
Addition of Line 38 - Durable Medical Equipment/Oxygen to Worksheets A-3 and A-4
Addition of line 42.50 – Drugs Charged to Patients to Worksheets A, A-1, A-2, A-3, A-4
Edits have been added to ensure reporting costs into the following cost centers:
