The Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Cost Report (Form-CMS-2540-10) was recently updated to Transmittal 8. Transmittal 8 is effective for cost reporting periods ending on or after December 31, 2017.
WinLASH 2540 is currently being updated for Transmittal 8 and will be approved by Medicare in the near future. Once approved, the update will available for download from our website.
