WinLASH 2540-10 for the Medicare SNF Cost Report has been approved for CMS Flash #6.
Flash #6 addresses the demonstration payment adjustment amount before & after sequestration lines on worksheets E, Part I; H-4, Parts I & II; I-3; and J-3.

Worksheet E, Part I Instructions:
Line 14.50--Enter all demonstration payment adjustment amounts before sequestration. Obtain this amount from the PS&R.
Line 14.55 (New Line) --Enter all demonstration payment adjustment amounts after sequestration. Obtain this amount from the PS&R.
Line 15.--Enter the sum of the amount on line 11 minus lines 12, 13, 14.50, 14.55, and 14.99, plus or minus line 14 and its subscripts not previously identified. Transfer this amount to Worksheet S, Part III, column 2, line 1.
Line 28.50.--Enter all demonstration payment adjustment amounts before sequestration. Obtain this amount from the PS&R.
Line 28.55 (New Line) --Enter all demonstration payment adjustment amounts after sequestration. Obtain this amount from the PS&R.
