CMS recently published Flash #5 for Form CMS-1728-94. We have incorporated the specified changes into our software and the updated version is now ready for download. WinLASH 1728 users should visit WinLASH 1728 Home Health Cost Report Software and download and install the latest version.
This update includes the following changes:
Worksheet F-1: Addition of line 31.50 – COVID-19 PHE Funding.
Instructions: Enter the aggregate revenue received for COVID‑19 PHE funding including both provider relief fund (PRF) and Small Business Association Loan Forgiveness amounts.
Edit 1007S: this edit prevents the creation of reports using 1728-94 for cost reporting periods beginning on or after 1/1/20 and ending on or after 12/31/2020. Those and following reporting periods must file using the new CMS Form 1728-20.
